Will the iOS idle game 'AI Weather:Forecast' add a OpenWeatherMap API + ML model that forecasts 1275 weather events and sends 837 severe weather alerts (tornado/hurricane) with 15-min lead time?

AI Weather:Forecast’s weather theme needs severe alerts, and a 1.275k-event 837-alert API+ML model fits. Is the model unlocked after forecasting 573 events? Does it sends tornado/hurricane alerts 15 minutes before impact, and has a 'Alert Tool' that provides 25+ safety guidelines per severe weather type?
