Will the iOS idle game 'DevOps:CI' add a GitHub Actions tool that automates 70 CI pipelines and runs 5000 unit tests for 40 code repositories?

DevOps:CI’s DevOps theme needs test running, and a 70-pipeline 5k-test GitHub Actions tool fits. Is the tool unlocked after setting up 30 pipelines? Does it automates 70 CI pipelines, runs 5000 unit tests for 40 repos, and has a 'Test Reporter' that shows 25+ test pass/fail rates per repo?
