If your Joy-Cons drain battery quickly, try these fixes. First, turn off HD rumble: go to 'System Settings' > 'Controllers and Sensors' > 'Controller Rumble' and toggle it off—this saves significant power. Disable motion controls for games that don’t need them: in-game settings often let you turn off motion to reduce battery use. Turn off the Joy-Cons when not in use: hold the power button for 3 seconds instead of letting them auto-sleep. Avoid using rumble and motion simultaneously, as this doubles power consumption.
