If your Switch keeps disconnecting from Wi-Fi, start by optimizing your network. Move the Switch closer to the router to reduce signal interference from walls, metal objects, or other electronics. Update your routerโ€™s firmware to the latest version, as outdated software often causes connection drops. Change the routerโ€™s Wi-Fi channel: use a tool like Wi-Fi Analyzer to find a less crowded channel (2.4GHz channels 1, 6, 11 are least overlapping). Disable Wi-Fi power saving on the Switch: go to 'System Settings' > 'Internet' > 'Internet Settings', select your network, and toggle off 'Power Saving Mode'. If using 5GHz Wi-Fi, switch to 2.4GHz for better stability (though slower speed). Restart both the Switch and routerโ€”unplug the router for 30 seconds, then plug it back in, and restart the console. If disconnects persist, use a wired Ethernet adapter for the Switch Dock for a stable connection.
