You can request a refund for Switch eShop digital games within 14 days of purchase, but only if you haven’t downloaded or played the game. Go to the Nintendo Support website, select 'Nintendo eShop' > 'Refund Request', and follow the prompts to submit your request. You’ll need your Nintendo Account email and the order number (found in your purchase confirmation email). If you’ve downloaded the game but encountered technical issues, contact Nintendo Support with details—they may offer a refund at their discretion. Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund until 7 days before the release date. Note that DLC, subscriptions, and gift cards are non-refundable.
