You’ll receive a shipping label to send your Joy-Cons to Nintendo—they cover all shipping costs. The repair process takes 1-2 weeks, and Nintendo will fix or replace the affected Joy-Cons. Note: You don’t need proof of purchase, but you’ll need the console’s serial number. If your Joy-Cons are under the standard 1-year warranty, drift is covered automatically. For out-of-warranty Joy-Cons, the repair program still applies. After repair, your Joy-Cons will have a 90-day warranty on the fixed parts.
