A stuck button on your Switch Pro Controller can be fixed with cleaning. First, turn off the controller and remove any debris around the button with a dry cotton swab. Use compressed air to blow under the button—hold the can 6 inches away and spray short bursts to dislodge dust. If the button is still stuck, gently pry the button cap off with a plastic tool (like a spudger) to avoid scratching the controller. Wipe the button’s contact pad and the controller’s surface with a cotton swab dampened with isopropyl alcohol (70%). Let it dry completely, then reattach the button cap by pressing it firmly until it clicks. If the issue persists, the button’s internal spring may be broken—contact Nintendo Support for repair or replacement.
