Pentomino shape-swap challenges ask you to swap two shapes to fix a flawed tiling—what’s the hardest swap you did (hidden flaws, or large shape differences), and how did you identify which shapes to swap? Did you ever stare at the tiling for 10 minutes, then realize a simple swap fixed it, and what’s the most “aha!” swap moment you had?
