Can you build a hideout in 'Red Dead Redemption 2' on Rockstar Games in a cave behind a waterfall near Roanoke Ridge?

RDR2’s survival needs scenic seclusion, and a waterfall cave hideout fits. Is the waterfall located in the heart of Roanoke Ridge? Does fixing it up add a wooden bridge to the entrance, a fire pit that doesn’t smoke (to avoid detection), and a cache for storing stolen gold?
