Can you build a hideout in 'Red Dead Redemption 2' on Rockstar Games in a cave near Valentine?

RDR2’s survival needs secret bases, and a cave hideout fits. Is the cave hidden behind a waterfall? Does fixing it up add a campfire (for cooking) and a cache for storing loot, and the waterfall blocks the entrance from lawmen?
