Can you find a volcanic rock in 'Red Dead Redemption 2' on Rockstar Games that unlocks a fire-resistant sword?

RDR2’s exploration needs fiery rewards, and a fire-resistant sword fits. Is the rock found near a volcanic vent in Ambarino? Does delivering it to a blacksmith reward you with a 'Volcano Sword' that glows red in the dark, dealing fire damage to enemies and resisting lava burns?
