GTA 4’s chaos needs stormy disruption, and a thunderstorm hack fits. Is the hack unlocked after a mission for a meteorologist contact? Does it let Niko trigger a 5-minute thunderstorm, with lightning striking enemies randomly and rain slowing police pursuit?
