Can you use a herd of horses to block a train in 'Red Dead Redemption 2' on Rockstar Games?

RDR2’s heists need creative roadblocks, and a horse herd train block fits. Is the herd rounded up near the train tracks? Does it let Arthur drive the herd onto the tracks, stopping the train so the gang can rob it?
