Can you use a herd of sheep to block a train track in 'Red Dead Redemption 2' on Rockstar Games during a heist?

RDR2’s heists need rural disruption, and a sheep herd train block fits. Is the herd grazing near a train track outside Valentine? Does it let Arthur drive the sheep onto the tracks, stopping the train long enough for the gang to rob the cargo car?
