Can you use a pack of wolves to attack a fort in 'Red Dead Redemption' on Rockstar Games?

RDR’s wilderness needs wild sieges, and a wolf fort attack fits. Is the pack lured with raw meat near the fort’s walls? Does it let John sic the wolves on the fort’s guards, distracting them while he sneaks in to loot the armory?
