Does 'Manhunt' on Rockstar Games have a weapon that uses a sledgehammer to destroy walls and kill enemies?

Manhunt’s stealth needs destructive tools, and a sledgehammer weapon fits. Is the 'Demolisher Sledgehammer'—found in the construction yard level? Does it break through brick walls to access hidden areas, and crushes enemies in one hit, but slows your movement?
