Max Payne’s drama needs aquatic tension, and a flooded basement level fits. Is the 'Flooded Basement Raid' level—part of the mob hideout takedown? Does Max wade through chest-deep water, uses floating crates as cover, and takes down enemies while avoiding electrical hazards from exposed wires?
