Does 'Max Payne 2' on Rockstar Games have a weapon that combines a flamethrower and a grenade launcher?

Max Payne’s firepower needs explosive fire, and a flamethrower-grenade combo fits. Is the 'Inferno Launcher'—found in the military armory? Does it switch between flamethrower (close crowds) and grenade launcher (group explosions), and holds 40 flamethrower units and 3 grenades?
