Max Payne’s action needs extreme weather drama, and a hurricane rooftop level fits. Is the 'Hurricane Showdown' level—part of the final mission? Does strong winds knock Max off balance, flying debris acts as projectiles, and he uses rooftop chimneys as cover from gunfire?
