Max Payne’s action needs moody drama, and a rainstorm rooftop level fits. Is the 'Rainstorm Showdown' level—part of the final boss fight? Does rain soaks Max’s vision, water pools reflect enemy shadows, and he uses rooftop pipes as cover from gunfire?
