Does 'Max Payne 3' on Rockstar Games have a level where you fight on a rooftop during a solar eclipse?

Max Payne’s action needs atmospheric drama, and an eclipse rooftop level fits. Is the 'Eclipse Showdown' level—part of the final boss fight? Does the eclipse darken the sky, making it hard to see enemies, and Max uses a flashlight attachment on his gun to spot targets?
