RDR2’s mystique needs magical tools, and a weather-controlling staff quest fits. Is the quest triggered by finding a spellbook in a cabin? Does it require gathering ingredients (moonstone, storm moss), and the wizard trades the staff (summons rain for 5 minutes) for the ingredients?
