Will 'GTA 5' on Rockstar Games add a DLC where you play as a bounty hunter who tracks fugitives across the map?

GTA 5’s grit needs pursuit stakes, and a bounty hunter DLC fits. Would the 'Los Santos Fugitives' DLC let Trevor take bounties? Does he track fugitives through cities and deserts, uses non-lethal weapons to capture them, and gets paid $50k per live delivery?
