GTA 5’s culture needs artistic rebellion, and a muralist DLC fits. Would the 'Vinewood Murals' DLC let Franklin become a street artist? Does he paints murals exposing politicians’ scandals on city walls, evades police with parkour, and gains a following that tips him off to new targets?
