GTA 5’s culture needs artistic rebellion, and a tagger DLC fits. Would the 'Los Santos Tags' DLC let Franklin become a street artist? Does he tags buildings with messages exposing politicians, evades police with parkour, and gains a following that tips him off to new targets?
