GTA’s aquatic loot needs historic value, and a gold-collecting submarine fits. Is the 'Gold Diver'—unlocked after a pirate-themed mission? Does it dive 2000ft to the ocean floor, has a robotic arm to collect sunken gold bars (worth $100k each), and avoids underwater mines?
