Will 'GTA 6' on Rockstar Games add a submarine that can launch torpedoes to sink enemy ships?

GTA’s aquatic combat needs heavy firepower, and a torpedo submarine fits. Is the 'Torpedo Sub'—unlocked after a naval combat mission? Does it launch 4 torpedoes at once, sinking enemy ships in 1 hit, and has a cloaking device to avoid detection?
