Will 'Red Dead Redemption' on Rockstar Games add a DLC where you become a blacksmith who makes custom weapons?

RDR’s craftsmanship needs unique gear, and a blacksmith DLC fits. Would the 'Wild West Blacksmith' DLC let John set up a forge in New Austin? Does he makes custom weapons (like engraved revolvers selling for $500 each), repairs broken gear for townsfolk, and unlocks a legendary sword recipe?
