Will 'Red Dead Redemption' on Rockstar Games add a DLC where you become a prospector who pans for gold in rivers?

RDR’s rural life needs mining charm, and a gold-panning DLC fits. Would the 'River Gold Prospector' DLC let John set up a pan in the San Luis River? Does he sift for gold flakes (selling for $50 per ounce), avoids claim jumpers, and unlocks a custom gold pan that doubles find rates?
