🔑 Do I need to activate my account before redeeming?
No. If you have successfully logged in, your account is already activated. You can directly visit our Shop to view available redemption options.

 

💳 How do I redeem points for e-wallet gift cards?

1. Log in to your Arcadeish.com account.
2. Go to the Shop section.
3. Browse available Gift Cards or e-wallet options (PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Revolut, Payoneer, etc.).
4. Select the gift card you want.
5. The system will display the required points amount for each denomination.
6. Confirm and redeem instantly.

 

 

💵 Can I redeem points for direct cash?
Arcadeish does not send direct bank payments or cash transfers. Instead, you can redeem through supported e-wallet gift cards (PayPal, Payoneer, Google Pay, etc.). Once funds are transferred to your chosen e-wallet, you may withdraw to your local bank account or use the cash-out methods provided by your e-wallet.

 

❓ How many points do I need for a $5 gift card?
The required points for each gift card (including $100 options) are displayed in the Shop. Please check there, as values may change based on promotions or availability.

 

🌍 How do I withdraw in my country?
The withdrawal process depends on the e-wallet provider you choose.

• Example: If you redeem PayPal, funds go to your PayPal account. From there, you follow PayPal’s steps to withdraw locally.
• Each provider (Payoneer, Google Pay, Revolut, etc.) has its own methods for transferring money to your bank, card, or local wallet service.

⚠️ Note: Arcadeish only transfers funds to the selected e-wallet. How you cash out afterward is handled directly by your e-wallet provider.

 

📲 Can I request a payout method not listed in the Shop?
No. Only the payout methods shown in the Shop are currently supported. However, more options may be added in the future.
