Many PC players experience The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild via emulators like Cemu, which offer higher frame rates and graphics tweaks. For PC players who’ve beaten BotW on emulator, what emulator settings (e.g., resolution scaling, shader cache) did you use to get the best experience, and did you encounter any bugs (like texture pop-in or crashes) that ruined your exploration? How does the PC emulated version compare to playing on the Switch—was the higher frame rate worth the setup time, or did you miss the Switch’s portability? Additionally, BotW’s puzzles (like Shrines and Divine Beasts) are integrated into the open world—what’s your favorite Shrine or Divine Beast puzzle, and how did the freedom of the open world make solving it more engaging (e.g., approaching a Shrine from multiple angles)? Finally, do you think emulating BotW on PC is a valid way to experience the game, or does playing on the original hardware offer a more authentic Zelda experience?
