Does 'The Sims 4' on EA Games have a 'Vampire Chef' pack where sims cook glowing blood desserts?

The Sims 4’s vampires need sweet dark flair, and glowing blood desserts fit. Would the pack include desserts like 'Glowing Blood Cupcakes' (sustain vampires for 18 hours) and 'Vampire Lava Cake' (grants temporary super speed)? Could sims sell these desserts at a night market, earning 3x simoleons from occult customers?
